Ingredients:
- boneless chicken 2 pieces cut into small cubes
- Shallots-10(if u have only onions chop 1 onion to small pieces)
- 1 tomato chopped into small pieces
- 5 garlic cloves
- ginger-1tsp
- BlackPepper powder-1tsp
- Salt as per taste
- coriander powder-1tsp
- garam masala-1tsp
- chopped coconut pieces
- coriander leaves
- onion leaves(optional)
- oil (If u r not that much health concious butter is tastier)-3tsp
- lemon juice -1tsp
- fenugreek powder-1tsp
- Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- salt-1/2 tsp
Preparation:
- Marinate the chicken for 1hr .
- Heat oil in a kadai and add shallots.
- When it turns golden color add garlic and ginger.
- Add chopped tomatoes and roast well till it becomes a thick gravy
- Add the chicken and stir well and close the kadai with a lid.cook for 10 mins in medium heat.hey, dont forget to stir in between.
- Add coriander powder,pepper powder,salt and mix well.cook for 5 mins and stir it.
- When the gravy starts thickening and oil starts separating add coconut pieces and garam masala.Stir well till you get chicken pieces separately.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and onion leaves to garnish.Your chicken is ready.
