Ingredients:
- 1 handful of lengthy achinga payar
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- chilly powder-1/2tsp
- green chilly-1 chopped
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 onion chopped
- grated coconut-1 handful
- oil-2tsp
- mustard seeds adn curry leaves
Preparation:
- Chop the payar to small pieces.
- Pour oil,splutter mustards and curry leaves
- Add chopped onion,payar,turmeric powder,green chilly, chilly powder,salt and stir well.close with lid and cook for 5 mins .
- Add grated coconut and stir well and cook for 5 mins.ur thoran is ready.U dont need to pour water to cook the vegetable.Keep the pan covered with lid ,so that it will cook with that steam.
