paneer chilly
Ingredients:
- corn starch/corn flour-2tsp
- salt to taste
- chilly powder-1/2tsp
- water as required
- soya sauce-2tsp
- paneer-300 gms
- onion-1.5 big sliced
- tomato sauce-2tsp
- chilly sauce-1tsp
- vinegar-1/2tsp
- capsicum-1 cut to lengthy pieces
- chopped ginger-1tsp
- garlic-2tsp
- green chilly chopped-2tsp
- oil-2tsp
Preparation:
- Mix the first 4 ingredients,1tsp soya sauce and cut paneer to rectangular pieces.
- dip paneer pieces to this mix and deep fry it in oil.
- In a kadai pour oil and fry onions till golden brown.
- Add capsicum,ginger,garlic,green chilly and stir occasionally.
- Add paneer,tomato sauce,1tsp soy sauce,vinegar.
- add salt and mix well.If you need more spicy add 1tsp hot sauce and garnish with chopped green chilly.
