We had this dosa in coorg with chicken curry.It was a surprising dish for us since we were seeing this first time.
- Raw rice-2 cup
- grated coconut-1 cup
- salt as per taste
- oil for frying
- water
Preparation:
- soak raw rice atleast for 4 hrs.
- grind rice with grated coconut,salt ,water to a batter thinner than dosa.
- make thin dosas with this batter.since the batter is watery u cant spread like dosa.Lower the heat and close with a lid until dosa gets cooked.
