Ingredients:
- pasta-2 handsful
- chicken-1 breast piece cut to pasta size
- pepper-1tsp
- salt as per taste
- all purpose flour/maida-2 tsp
- milk-1 cup
- butter-4tsp
- capsicum/green pepper-1/2 sliced to pasta size.
- Broccoli florets-1 handsful
- olive oil-1tsp
- soy sauce-1tsp
- oyster sauce-1 tsp
- water to cook pasta
Preparation:
- Cook pasta separately with 3 cups water and salt.
- In a deep bottom tawa pour olive oil and chicken pieces with 1/2 tsp pepper and salt.
- close the tawa with a lid and cook the chicken for 5 mins.
- Add broccoli,capsicum and stir well and cook for 2 mins.
- Add cooked pasta,pepper,salt,soy sauce,oyster sauce and stir well.
- Now cook the white sauce in anothe tawa. Add butter ,to that add flour and stir well for 3mins.
- Add 1/2tsp salt in low heat.
- Add milk and stir continuously till it starts thickening.Dont make it too thick,coz when it cools it wont be like sauce.
- Add this white sauce to the pasta and mix well.Have it hot.
