Ingredients:
- colocasia-1 big (cut into very thin round slices)
- red chilly powder-1tsp
- coriander powder-1/1tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- jeera powder-1/2 tsp
- garam masala-1/2tsp
- salt-1/2tsp
- Oil -5tsp
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients together and keep it for 30 mins.
- Heat the oil in a tawa and put each slices to the oil to fill tawa.
- Once it becomes golden brown take it out to a napkin to remove the excess oil.
