chembu(colocasia) fry













Ingredients:
  • colocasia-1 big (cut into very thin round slices)
  • red chilly powder-1tsp
  • coriander powder-1/1tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  • jeera powder-1/2 tsp
  • garam masala-1/2tsp
  • salt-1/2tsp
  • Oil -5tsp
Preparation:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and keep it for 30 mins.
  2. Heat the oil in a tawa and put each slices to the oil to fill tawa.
  3. Once it becomes golden brown take it out to a napkin to remove the excess oil.
