Ingredients:
- Egg-2
- 1 onion chopped
- garlic-2 cloves crushed
- ginger-1/2tsp crushed
- chilly powder-1tsp
- coriander powder-1/2tsp
- garam masala-1/2 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- oil-2tsp
- water-2 cups
- mustard seeds
- curry leaves
- coriander leaves
Preparation:
- Boil egg separately in a deep bottom pan with water and salt.after 10 mins close the pan and remove from the heat.
- Add oil in a deep bottom tawa,saute mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add onion,stir occasionally till it becomes golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder and fry for 1 min.
- Add water. cook for 2 mins.
- Remove shell from the boiled eggs and add these eggs to the curry.
- add salt,garam masala and stir well.cook for 5 mins.remove from the heat and add chopped coriander leaves.
